INFORMATIONBOOKING PROCEDURES When you've made your choice and agreed dates and location, we will send you the charter agreement. In most cases we use the printed MYBA contract and will send this to you by courier to sign. To confirm the charter you will need to pay a deposit and this is usually 50 percent of the charter price. Six weeks prior to the charter date the final balance of the charter fee is due along with the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) and delivery fee if applicable. We will also send you a Preference Sheet. Here you'll be asked to give some information with the names of your guests and your anticipated travel arrangements to meet the yacht. And very importantly you'll be asked to give your choices for food, wines and spirits and any special requests for provisions during your charter. Just before the charter we will agree with you the exact meeting arrangements. Usually the Captain would come to meet you at the airport having arranged transport for you and your luggage to the boat. |
